The B.LAB

Through the hobby and passion that we all share, throughout the season we see new faces, and make new friends. I think that, in my opinion, is one of the most enjoyable aspects of the culture that we all immerse ourselves in. Whether it be a common interest in cars or beyond, over the past few years we’ve all met some great people. With the help of the internet, this is expanded far beyond our local ‘scene’ or in some cases even beyond our shores.

Brandon is someone that i’ve known of from the ‘vortecks’ for a while, well, known of his car that is. It all started out with a PM, asking about my rear suspension setup, and advise because he was looking to change his over. Initially he was in my phone as his internet alias, which most people are who I only talk to once or twice, but eventually we talked quite regularly and even though we haven’t met, I can consider him a friend of GS on the left Coast.

Since it is not currently convenient for us to drive out to the bay area to shoot his car, he went out on his own and sent us over some shots of his MK4 which we recently posted a little teaser picture of a couple weeks ago.  The car is sitting nice on a set of built OZ futuras.

One of my favorite parts of the car is most definitely the front end though. The votex lip pairs quite nicely with side vents shaved on the euro bumper.

Pulling things together on the back end is another one of my favorite MK4 bits, a set of ocean tails, and a rear euro bumper with a turn down tip.
