This car has been around the block, won trophies, had magazine coverage. Chris Reis is not done. At the end of last season, he decided he was not content with something out of the overall package of his MK2 GTI, the Engine bay. For the last few years this car has had a 1.8t swap, but Chris decided to pull the motor once again and have the bay refinished. Preserving the OEM lines, but making it much more aesthetically pleasing by filling some unnecessary holes and seams and getting a fresh re-spray . There are a few more subtle changes happening to gogti this season, but I suppose we will just have to wait and see.
More on this build very soon.
